Opis stanowiska

Informing clients of factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting shipments.
Checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with other countries' regulations and fiscal regimes
Selecting shipment routes, based on nature of goods shipped, transit times, or security needs
Preparing invoices or cost quotations for freight transportation
Determining efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another
Offering all available door-to-door services by air, ensuring cost-effective and secure solutions
Reporting back to clients on regular basis, keeping them updated
Working with SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) and IOP (Internal Operation Procedures) for Key customers
Maintaining and developing knowledge about air freight product and import/export process;
Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations and other factors that could affect the movement of freight considering and planning the most effective route for air freight
Reviewing the environmental records of freight carriers to inform shipping decisions
Monitoring transportation and handling costs

Wymagania (mile widziane)

Good communications skills - Ensure high level of communication with key stakeholders, customers and internal team members
A collaborative mindset with a “can find solution” attitude
Eagerness to be best in class and part of a winning team
Ability to be flexible in thinking out of the box
Previous experience with Air Freight or any previous exposure to Air product is recommended
Very good communication skills, including both verbal and written fluency English and Polish
Professional attitude/behavior
